What happens if the recipient is not at home?

To ensure timely delivery, we do need someone to be present. If not, our couriers will do their best to deliver by calling the recipient for instructions, leaving the order securely on the property, or with a neighbor (if possible). To assist us, please provide alternative contact numbers for the recipient. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order will return to our depot, and we’ll contact you to arrange a redelivery. 😊
